Since 2021, our tree program has been dedicated in memory of Blaine Delzer, who worked for the district as a technician beginning in 2011. Unfortunately, Blaine passed away unexpectedly in May of 2021; Blaine had a passion for getting conservation on the ground in our communities, and greatly enjoyed working with local landowners.

He is greatly missed.
