Due to the federal government shutdown, there will be no access to our building while the SWCD staff are at training. Our staff will have very limited phone and email access during this time.

Cover Crops Program
What are Cover Crops?
A Mixture of grasses and legumes planted to help improve the soil's health and reduce soil erosion.
To participate in and sign up call Zac Colton at (507) 374-6364 X103 or stop into the office and talk to see if the program is a fit for your operation!
Landowners have opportunities to receive incentives through watershed funds, other state funds, and federal funding for the installation of cover crops.
