County Drainage Systems - The county is looking at updating the county drainage systems throughout the county. There are six county drainage systems in the county. One had re-determination of benefits done in 1996. County Systems 1 and 5 were approved by the County Commissioners in December of 2007 to have re-determination of benefits upgraded. March 10, 2009 County Commissioners held a public hearing for county systems 1 and 5 and approved the viewer's and engineer's reports. At the March 10, 2009 Commissioner's meeting they appointed viewers and hired an engineer to do a re-determination of benefits on county drainage systems 4 and 7.
